How fast do I get my photos?
Every package has a real delivery date: 5 business days for an Intro Session, 7 for a Half-Day, 10 for a Full-Day. Retainers deliver on a rolling cadence. Need it sooner? Rush delivery is a $300 add-on.
Can I use the photos for ads?
Every shoot includes a commercial license for your own marketing: your site, your social, your email. For paid ad campaigns, the paid-ad usage license add-on covers you for twelve months.
Do you travel?
Spokane and the surrounding area are covered in the package price. Past about an hour out, a travel fee applies. Send the location and I will quote it.
Photo or video, or both?
Both, together. Every package above the Intro Session captures photo and video on the same shoot. That is the point: content that matches across your feed and your site.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule with 48 hours notice at no charge. For outdoor shoots, weather calls are made together the day before.
How do I lock a date?
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly.
What if I need more than the package includes?
That is what the add-on menu is for: extra hours, a second shooter, more reels, raw files. Pick what you need.
